First time to the Store looking for a mattress for ourselves. The assistant approached us but was not pushy, he was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses to us, and encouraged us to try each one, then left us alone to decide which one we wanted and also to try the different mattresses by ourselves He was very knowledgeable and very helpful, we also got offered a cup of coffee from another extremely pleasant assistant. By the way the assistant that helped us was called 'Aya'

Popped in needed a new mattress had one instock, helped us into the car with it. smooth.

In the past we have used Premier Inn and wondered where they got their mattresses. The Dreams assistant showed us a mattress that he indicated was made by the same company as those supplied to Premier Inn.

Met when we entered the store and greeted. Ask if we required assistance and Leasha then explained the layout of the store and where to find the type of Mattress we were looking for + other options. Asked if we like a drink and then left alone to browse, as per our request. Leasha then kept checking if we were OK or had other questions - friendly, but not intrusive just as we requested.

We popped in to look at bed frames. Saw one we liked immediately but unsure if sleigh bed style would work in our room .Over a cup of tea told assistant we were thinking of of purchasing a SIMBA mattress online. He was familiar with their 100 night trial policy, & invited us to try a similar mattress in store . He then explained if we bought a frame & mattress a discount would be available. We were quite taken with the comfort of a Tempur mattress on bed we liked but this was out of our budget range. Assistant said an ex display mattress was available at a heavily discounted price. We went home to measure our available space & returned the next day to make our purchase. Really looking forward to delivery of our new bed .

The staff were lovely. We were offered tea/coffee and choosing a new mattress was a relaxing experience.

We knew the level of firmness we were looking for and the sales assistant Kam was extremely helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. His all round knowledge of the products was impressive. There was never any rush to make a sale and we were able to make our selection in our own time. All of the free add ons was a welcome bonus. The coffee was really good also. All in all although we were spending money I would have to say it was a painless process. The agreed delivery date was honoured and the delivery guys kept us informed of the delivery time. Again they were also very professional and friendly. Well done all.

I returned to dreams after purchasing a bed and mattress a couple of months ago. I needed to replace another mattress and didn't hesitate returning to Dreams for my purchase and I was not disappointed again. The store is clean and the layout is easy to find and rest products. The staff are very helpful, friendly, do not put pressure on anyone to buy, and let me take my time testing the beds and answering questions.
