Staff was very knowledgable of my choice of product also very efficient when placing my order. The sales people were very friendly throughout & made my shopping experience in your store very satisfactory, I would have no doubt in recommending dreams to family or friends for any purchases they are thinking of making.

I was given good information on the products i bought. Once I was given info i was left alone under no pressure to make a decision and choose what i wanted.

I knew what I wanted and the members of staff understood this and located my product immediately which was very helpful.

On arrival at the store I asked Jackie, the sales assistant, where the type of bed I was looking was situated. She was happy to accompany me to the range and describe the products to me. She also brought the info up on the comp. screen, including all the reviews, all of which were very good. I decided to order the bed and Jackie continued to be most helpful, the whole experience took less than an hour, I was extremely satisfied.

When we walked in we were immediately greeted with a big smile and asked what we were looking for. Once we told her, she led us to a specific mattress and that is the one we purchased.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful over all it was a pleasant experience.

From the moment I entered the Chaul End Lane store I received high quality assistance with a smile. I was very indecisive but Jacqueline was so very patient throughout and extremely knowledgeable of all products. She was extremely helpful and completed my sale swiftly and efficiently.
