The assistance given was excellent. She understood my husbands problems (he has parkinsons) and did everything she could to make us feel we at ease. We would certainly use that store again with the hope of being served by the same assistant.

Jackie was very help for even though she was working by herself and she help us to pick up now right bed for our needs

Before we even walked in we were joking wth them they aero nice we were given drinks and were left to try selected mattresses it was a good experience

The staff were friendly even though the lady was on her own due to sickness off another team member. She was helpful not just to me but other customers as well.

Lee was extremely helpful and a great personality. He put me at ease and made shopping for a bed enjoyable. Making sure that I was really satisfied with my choice and did not rush me when I was indecisive. It is a shame that not all shop's have someone like Lee on their staff.

We were very satisfied with the experience of shopping at Dreams. The assistant that attended to us and his colleagues were all friendly and approachable and assistant attending to us knew products extremely well, offered helpful advice and listened attentively to our wants and needs. We are very excited at the prospect of our new beds!

Friendly staff very good range of beds and mattresses to choose from .the young man who helped us was very knowledgeable about the different types of matresses
