The customer service was excellent; we were attended to immediately, were supplied with a cup of coffee, were shown a variety of products to help to make a decision; did not feel pressurised into making a snap decision to purchase and there were no arguments of further efforts to persuade us to make a purchase when we decided against purchasing a mattress at that time. Everything was explained to us and George did his best for us to achieve a price that was the best for us.

Kamran was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable about my needs.

From the moment of entering the store, we were informed of the range of mattresses via the large illustrated colour coded information on the walls near the entrance and given the location where we could find each type of mattress. We were invited to try each type of mattress at length, taken to beds which had the ranges of the mattresses, shown working models of the different springs, and had good discussions about the merits, strengths and weaknesses of all types of mattress with the members of staff (their knowledge of the different mattress strengths and weaknesses was phenomenal!). After our first visit, we were offered the opportunity to go away to consider the different mattresses which would be suitable for our needs with a no-obligation offer to return to the store if we wished. Nearly a week later, we spend just as long trying the mattresses we liked and compared their suitability with others of a similar hardness. The staff (Kamran and his colleague) again gave us all the time we needed to come to our decision without any feeling of being harassed to choose a particular price range. There was no hint of a "hard sell" technique at any time.

Very friendly staff competitive prices helped me deal with 4 children in the store - let them use the loo not pushy for a sale only concern was surprisingly high delivery cost

Sales person approached me as soon as i entered store and immediately knew what i was looking for. she showed me all the various options ans suggested i try each one to find the one which best suited me.

The manager was very pleasant, took my shopping and put it in a safe place. He took me round and showed me a lot of beds for me to choose the one that I can afford. He explained the different types of bed to me till I made my choice. He offered me a cup of tea which was nice of him. His name was George. I will recommend the shop o anyone I know who wants o buy a bed because of the nice customer service I received today.

Kam dealt with us over 3 visits to the store. He was friendly approachable, knowledgeable & not at all pushy. He encouraged us to take our time if that's what we needed. On our last visit both Kam & Jackie demonstrated knowledge & expertise. They offered us a seat, a drink & made us feel welcome & took the time needed to close the sale to our satisfaction.

The lady serving me, Jackie, was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She made the experience a pleasure from start to finish. Jackie was very knowledgeable and helped find the right beds for my needs.
