My satisfaction with my shopping experience is because having problems with a different company and being treated the way I was by them made shopping at the Dreams store so much more pleasant.

The friendliness of the staff was extraordinary. I am really surprised that, they were so helpful, so witty and so smiled. Making shopping in the Luton store was sheer pleasure. I want to praise George - Store Manager who made my day and Aya, who helped us choose our beds.

I was dealt with by a very friendly member of staff, but due to the new finance software there was a slight delay, for which she was very apologetic and explained it as she was going through it. I also found the team work great to observe and they were keen to help each other out to ensure everything was dealt with efficiently. The ladies name I believe yo be Jackie. She also engaged in a friendly and caring conversation throughout the paper work process, which makes a change from the normal sales man/womam irritating technique!

The lovely lady that attended to me when I arrived at the store was very helpful, attentive and understanding and reassuring to my needs.
