Dreams - Luton

Aya at the Luton store couldn't have been more helpful - he spent plenty of time with my wife and I and made sure we made the right decision. No sales pressure at all and even when my wife said she wanted to go to benson for beds next door, he was understanding of her needs and didn't try and stop us. He played a big part in why we made our purchase with dreams. Highly recommend Aya!!

The friendliness of your staff was just amazing. Very welcoming as soon as they saw us they were at hand to help

I arrived reasonably late in the afternoon (although the till receipt says 16.23) I do believe it was nearer to 17.23 when I paid). The Sales Assistant was extremely friendly and most helpful in showing me a variety of different mattress types, explaining the differences and even offering me a very welcome cup of coffee while I made my selection.

As soon as I got inside the store I was greeted and was recognised as a returning customer by done of the staff who immediately asked what I was looking for to which I told them . I was asked if I wanted any refreshments to which I said tea and that arrived pretty quick . I left the store after placing an order with satisfaction.

Mr. Khan and George were very kind and willing to help. He came with us home to take measurements so that we can be able to make a fitting order.

The lady whom assisted us was extremly helpful, she understood what we were asking for and made the whole process as pleasent as possible, she was curtious and polite at all times and nsure that we totally understood and was happy with the process at each stage.

We have been to a Dreams outlet in Luton to buy a Mattress and a bed. As soon as we entered the store your colleague, George received us and showed us what we were looking for. Also helped us in choosing one by informing us more about the product. He was very friendly and courteous. Later another staff member, Aya helped us with the billing and provided us with all the available options including the Cover (protection), pillows and other related products. Finally both the staff members were highly professional, informative and very friendly which made our first experience in Dreams a memorable one.
