The salesman who dealt with us was called kamran and he was extremely professional, offered lots of information and spent a good deal of time with us. He was friendly,knowledgeable, and made us feel like valued customers.

Yes I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. Th stuff were really good and coprative and the quality of product which we bought was obviously up to mark.

THE TWO ASSISTANTS WERE VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEGABLE

I rang on Friday 18th and spoke to a very nice lady called Jackie who was very helpful and she gave me a name to ask for when we went in on Saturday. We was first greeted by George who offered refreshments and also called Iya over who was very helpful. Even though we knew in our own mind what we wanted he showed us other products. He explained everything we needed to know and was very polite all the way through. I felt very comfortable with his assistance and he listen to what we wanted Fully recommend the Luton, this is the 2nd bed we have bought from there and would go again if we needed any more

The assistant showed us beds available to meet our requirements and was very knowledgeable about the products. Both members of staff were really friendly and made us feel nothing was too much trouble. We also liked the fact that we weren't approached immediately and were given time to look on our own. All details of the sale were explained fully and as a nice touch, we even had a cup of tea. Altogether an enjoyable shopping experience

We had the use of our friends bed one night and as i suffer with problems with my back and hip I was surprised to wake up next morning feeling much better. I put it down to the mattress .I have now purchased anew Rapley mattress and im looking forward to abetter nights sleep.
