There was a mix up about taking the old bed away. I paid £28 to have bed assembled and £28 removal of old bed. The driver had different paperwork than me ( a mistake in office ) I had to phone the shop to get it sorted as driver thought he just had to assemble bed. Not acceptable. Mrs M.P. Wooden

I had a wonderful experience at dreams with the assistance of kamran who was very helpful & had a great knowledge of the product I was after & also adviced the best quality of mattress. I went into the branch at Hatters Way Retail Park with my mother 17/12/16. I went in looking for a new mattress for my teenage son. Jasmine came up to us soon after we arrived in the shop asking if we needed assistance. I promptly responded i was looking for a mattress. She asked if I had any idea what type. I responded no. She then put down her cleaning cloth and proceeded to explain to me the four main types of mattresses explaining the differences and getting me to lie on each bed to confirm what she was talking about. It actually worked out better to buy a whole new bed. We went over to the computer where she did a couple of mock orders to help me with the pricing. She was very articulate, warm and friendly. During the conversation it came out she had only been working there for 8 weeks. i was very impressed with her customer service and professionalism. she asked for assistance when needing to reset the password. nothing wrong with that she was open and honest. It was a very good experience for me. i have seen the adverts on the TV but did not pay much attention, but actually going into the shop was very productive for me and i would go again.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Kam, the Sales Advisor who served me gave exemplary service. He was friendly, attentive & demonstrated an excellent knowledge of all the Dreams products. At no time did I feel pressured into making a sale, but the products were described honestly. Once I had decided on a purchase the order was completed very quickly and efficiently. Kam explained every part of the order and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my choice. On returning home I decided to change the colour of the selected bed frame. I phoned the store & this request was dealt with considerately & wasn't seen as a problem. I hope that the delivery & assembly of the bed lives up to the high standard of service already established in the store.
