All staff including delivery were extremely polite, efficient and helpful. Wonderful customer service would have no hesitation recommending Dreams.

Store assistant , Jackie , was extremely helpful . She listened to our needs and showed us Beds that were similar and better than what we required. There was no pressure applied by Jackie , she knew when to get involved and when to step back during our decision making. She made the whole experience a pleasant and smooth process. Cannot speak highly enough of her Knowledge and the way she talked us through the different options. Many thanks Jackie.

Great service all the way round

Jackie and Harry at The luton branch . Earlier in the day i had gone into browse and Jackie advised me on payment options- I then returned to Jackie later in the day and purchased the more expensive bed and she was so helpful and understanding of my personal circumstance (needed a new bed due to a break up!) Harry got me a hot chocolate and carried my mattress to my car which was a good job- it was heavy!! The overall experience was extremely friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable talking to them. I will be recommending the store and the 'Dream' Team (that is Jackie and Harry!) Thankyou so much :-)

IVE ALWAYS SHOPPED AT DREAMS I WOULDN'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU CANNOT FAULT THE STAFF FOR THE SERVICE THEY GIVE AND THERE IS NO PRESSURE PUT ON YOU TO MAKE A PURCHASE IF YOU ARE UNSURE LIKE OTHER RETAILERS IVE BEEN TO. CANT WAIT TO GET OUR NEW BED IN OUR NEW HOUSE WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT WOULD MAKE IN OUR BEDROOM.
