The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nada the girl who dealt with us was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products . The show room was clean and inviting. All the staff where helpful and Quick to hand to show us the relevant products that we where interested in. Our overall experience was good.

We were served by a man called Aya at the Chaul End branch. This was our first time buying a bed, and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for and more. He explained the difference in mattresses and bed frames, had us try them out and also gave us space and time to think about it all. We were offered hot drinks and all of the other staff were incredibly friendly too. When it came to payment our minds were put at ease and a payment plan was arranged. Throughout the entire experience everything was at our pace, all the products were explained and the staff were incredibly friendly and genuine.

The lady who assisted us (Ieasha) was extremely helpful and provided good advice about the bed and mattress type that would be suitable for us. Nothing was too much trouble and she was a delight to deal with. We only planned to look today but ended up buying because she was so helpful.

I was taken through from demo through to purchase by a very friendly sales assistant. She was able to help make the right choice for me without being salesy at all! Very pleasant experience.

Met by Kamran after entering the store. Seeking options for a replacement bed for my parents. He asked what type of bed we were looking to try i.e. firm, soft, etc. Provided us with options - spring mattress. Once we tried these he suggested trying the Tempur beds. My parents found the Tempur bed to be more comfortable and also liked the ottoman base that was available. Having reviewed in detail the options available - mattress, base, headboard and colours we decided to get a quote. The initial pricing took us by surprise - I wasn't expecting a figure that was almost £3400. Discussions/negotiations continued. I suggested that further discounts should be sought from the divisional management. I was called later that day with a best price option. Having discussed this with my parents we decided to proceed. I returned to the store on 25/7 and placed the order of which Kamran dealt with this efficiently and professionally. Also having a two week delivery was also a bonus. I can comment further once the bed has been delivered and we can then report on the delivery service.
