I have purchased 2 mattress in the last 6 months and on both occasions , the staff have been excellent.

We had plenty of friendly advice without ever feeling uncomfortable.

Have shopped in this particular branch before, always very welcoming and helpful. Also had my 1 year old grand daughter with me and did not feel under pressure at all.

We purchased a double bed on Sunday in store and a single on Monday on line. In store plenty to choose from brilliant amount of staff to deal with demand and very pleasant and knowledgable staff. Very happy customers .

Friendly, helpful staff. Good choice of mattresses. Easy and plenty of parking outside the store. We were planing on visiting another mattress store but didn't need to as Dreams staff and products were great.

Store was well laid out for ease of viewing. The assistant who was dealing with us was friendly and very helpful. The whole purchase was completed quickly and efficiently.

Kam and Ayesha ,(sp?) were helpful but overpowering. Both polite and courteous on both of 2 visits. Kam remembered the units we were looking on the first visit allowing us as much time as needed, even though it was right at closing time. A lovely touch of tea and coffee given too.
