Assistant had good product knowledge and helped us to chose however wasn't pushy with sales.

We were welcomed immediately into the store by Jackie - validation code 147 - she asked what our requirements were and immediately met them by finding us a selction of products to choose from within our price range. She was knowledgeable on your products and we were highly satisfied with the service that we received.

I was served by the same person I saw a year ago. She remembered me and what my requirements were. When placing the order she went out to my car to get blue badge to save me the trouble. Very thoughtful and kind throughout my entire visit.

Helpful assistant giving product advice, didn't hover while we roamed the store, didn't aim us towards any particular product, not pushy at all. Fast completion of order at checkout.

We came in looking for a specific Tempur mattress and the assistant showed us the one we wanted and also a couple other ones in case we changed our minds.

We only popped in the store to have a look at the beds and was not intending to buy anything, but then we ended up leaving the store buying a bed, tempa mattress and tempa pillars all because of the manor of your staff one in particular Kam. He was very polite as he approached us and spoke very professionally. We were greeted with a coffee and a clean showroom. I think if you were selling anything else we would of bought that too as all the staff we friendly, happy and couldn't do enough.

Sales assistant was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered as many questions as we had and gave information that very useful and helped us reach a decision. There was also no waiting for assistance.
