the dreams colleague Jackie was very nice made us very welcome made tea and coffee for us showed us the various mattress we could have and never pushed us in to making our mind up

I visited two stores one in Stevenage and one in Luton went to the one in Luton as it had on display the sofa bed I was looking for.in both stores I found the staff extemely friendly and very helpful would certainly return to either store again

Didn't have alot of time,called in store knowing roughly what I wanted.Assistant was extremely helpful,showed me the options available,decision made,order taken and paid for in very timely manner.Staff very friendly and helpful.

The assistant was more than helpful she explained the difference in fillings in each mattresses and got me trying each one i narrowed it down too two and She remembered each one and asked if i would like to try them again which i did and chose the one i purchased

The customer care was very good especially from the salesman George and kam. Very polite and explained everything clearly.

The manager was very welcoming a real professional. He made us a cups of tea and hot chocolate for my daughter He introduced us to Aya our sales person who seemed to be very knowledgeable patient and generally seemed to be interested in what we wanted quickly deduced what we were looking for and was happy to let us take our time.
