Hi, I found the products to be better than I anticipated in both quality and price. The salesman at the store gave us enough space to make our own decisions and helped us pick between two beds and two mattresses that we had selected. He was also very friendly, knowledgeable and he helped entertain my two year old daughter while we were looking at the beds.

We were welcomed on arrival at the store. We were given plenty of time to try each mattress. We were not pressured to buy one particular product. All prices were stated clearly at each step of the purchase. Terms & conitions were explained clearly. A very pleasant experience. If when the product arrives i have any problems, I am sure they will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

As always with this Luton store, very happy experience. Everyone very pleasant and helpful. Nice to be remembered from our previous visit too. A lovely team and very knowledgable. Lovely hot chocolate too!
