Assistants were very helpful but left us to decide what we wanted but, answered all our questions with out being pushy . They also didn't try to rush us in making a rushed decision thank you for your help .

The member of staff Nada was very friendly and welcoming. She made the effort to get to know you and understand your needs and also offers refreshments for your visit. She matches your needs to the products Dreams offers which shows she cares about her customers. Very professional and pleasant experience.

Sales assistant Kamran was very helpful, polite and had excellent product knowledge. He allowed us time to browse without high pressure sales techniques. He also makes a very nice cup of tea!

George allowed us to view early, then gave coffee and excellent service. My decision to buy came within 4 minutes of entering the store. Both George and Cam exceeded all expectations. Customer service is so important to me and both these guys gave 100% and some! Thanks to these guys I enjoyed spending nearly 2k!

The whole experience was superb. The choice and knowledge was second too nun. There was no sales push,which to me was the most important thing.The length of time didn't matter,you where left alone unless you had a question,which was answered very quickly

The sales assistant Nada was very polite. She explained all the different beds and mattresses and the options avaliable.

All the staff were friendly, we were offered a drink which was nice We spoke to Kam the most and he was very knowledgeable and nice. The best part was how he wasn't pushy which always puts me off with sales people. Me and my husband were able to go sit down alone to talk about what we were going to order without any pressure for a good 5 -10 mins before we decided to buy.
