The customer care I received from the Dreams store salesman was excellent. He was polite, smiling, not at all pushy but very informative. Answered all my queries. He was very focuses on my questions. His name was Aya (Luton)

The lady - Jackie - who served us was extremely polite and helpful in every way. She was knowledgeable and was able to explain all the differences between the mattresses we were interested in purchasing. She left us alone to think about our choice without any hassle that has sometimes been the case in the past in other stores. We will certainly visit your store again! ! Thank you. P.S. The hot chocolate can also be recommended!

Relaxed atmosphere - not pounced on just left to look round. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Initially were told the delivery would be with 1 week to 10 days. After a second visit and having compared the bed with other competitors, we came to order the bed. Only to be told then it won't be delivered until 2nd June which is not what we were told. Reluctantly we ordered it as it was the one we like very much.

We visited the Luton Store, this is a larger store, and were a bit lost amongst the variety of mattresses. The purpose of the visit was to choose another matress and seek advice as we were taking advantage of the 40 day comfort agreement. Sadly the mattress we chose initially was too firm. The customer service from George was outstanding, he understood our needs and spent a lot of time with us helping us to choose what we now needed to support our backs.
