I telephoned the store on Fri 28th April to see if a particular mattress was in store (Geltex). I spoke to Jackie who was extremely friendly and very helpful and gave me lots of information about this product which I didn't know but found very useful. They didn't have this mattress in store but I said I would be visiting the store on the Bank Holiday Monday. I went to the store today and spoke to Jackie who remembered speaking to me & our conversation. She was extremely helpful, gave my husband and I lots of time and information & even offered us a cup of tea. I found the whole visit enjoyable & relaxed and made a purchase of a new mattress which I can't wait to sleep on. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new bed.

Highly satisfied with customer service provided by Mr. Aya at the store. Excellent service, Aya was very professional, he listened to my options he provided good advise and tips. As I have a busy work schedule, I needed to ensure the time in the store was well spent so that I could make a final decision and make a purchase on the day. The assistance I received was faultless and I am very pleased in the service I received at Dreams, yes highly satisfied and we got a cuppa tea too! I would also like to comment that the other colleagues were polite and ready to help. A few days after the purchase I received the test message to confirm the delivery date as per the order details and I am ready and waiting for the items to arrive! Thank you

We were helped by Kamran and he was very helpful. Showing us various options including pointing us online to a product that was not instore after we explained what we were looking for. He even included our children in the conversation which we normally find I store they are ingonered. We definitely feel he went above and beyond. Great customer service skills. Speaking as someone who has worked in customer service for 18 years.
