Very friendly and helpful staff bearing in mind the shop was in the process of moving to another location.

Aya the staff member at dreams was excellent interms of his customer service. The matress i purchased Is absolutely fantatic and gives me the best sleep possible.

Very good service and knowledge skills from the staff, friendly atmosphere in the store.

Ayatyllah than man who served us was very understanding and very pleasant as were the other staff members

The store was well organised with bed displays appropriately placed for ease of trying them out. They were colour coded for ease of recognition for firm, medium or soft medium mattresses and the staff member bought a pillow similar to my own to try on the bed.

I initially tried to place the order online but could not find the option to have the bed assembled so I telephoned the store to see if it was in stock and was intending to go to store ... but as I had all theinformation and it was torrential rain at the time she offered to take the order over the phone. I cannot comment on the quality of the product etc as I have not received it yet - I am hoping the quality of the bed I have ordered now is as good as the one I ordered from you last year. So basically I have gone on trust from my previous experience. Fingers crossed :-)

Good customer service …fast and efficient

Very helpful and given good advise on what I was looking for. There was no pressure and I was at eas looking round the store. Felt the prices were very reasonable. Not received my goods yet but do hope I am satisfied when they arrive.

Jackie helped me choose a bed that was just right for me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beds in the stores. Cant wait to receive my new mattress

As we started testing the beds, Jackie approached us and offered help and advice in a very pleasant way. Our search time was reduced greatly as she enquired what we were looking for so we did not waste time testing beds which we did not want. Our search became a more relaxing experience when Jackie offered tea and coffee. Jackie was very pleasant to our children and listened to their needs for a comfortable bed. We were very happy with our trip to Dreams, expert advice, pleasant environment and great prices.
