the salesperson that I dealt with was called Tom and I was pleased with his manner and that of the other 2 assistants there

I received great customer service. The lady serving me was knowledgeable and patient with me. She also advised that I brought in my child to try out the beds later on that day which meant she cared more about customer satisfaction that a quick sale. Thank you.

Sales person wasn't pushy, listened to what we were looking for and entertained as best they could our young children.

The young lady that served us was very knowledgable, polite and friendly.

Staff(tom and karen) were very knowledgeable and friendly . Was able to answer all our questions with ease. Karen was extremely helpful with showing us the different types of mattresses that were designed for us and was able to give us lots of information about each individual one. They assisted in getting the go ahead with the finance.

Friendly attentive staff but not over pushy , sold me a dearer mattress but of better quality in a flash sale thingy , your own brand and a nice product ,, very good showing me options in our budget !

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly in assisting me in picking the right products for my needs. It made the minefield of choosing the right mattress a breeze with the computerised machine and giving multiple options to choose the most comfortable product for me.
