During our visit at Dreams we were extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that Hugh displayed. He was also very pleasant, friendly and provided great customer service. Hugh was also very patient and understanding, even though we took our time deciding on the mattress that was right for us. Great Lad!

Our sales assistant Lesley went through everything in great detail and we really liked the bed device that looked for our best mattresses. Some of the mattress we were shown were out of our price league but it was good to test these to find a mattress that gave us what we needed at a better price bracket for us. The only thing I would like to do is apologise to Lesley for not getting the sale as we returned home to discover that the headboard would not fit in our bedroom because of cammed ceilings. We have however ordered online and have a different bed on the way. I would also like to state that the customer service on the phone for cancelling the initial order was fantastic and easy to use. We would highly recommend the service from dreams and will shop again!
