I attended your Uddingston store yesterday after a terrible experience at your Livingston store the week before. I had seen some beds online and really wanted to see them before purchasing. At your Uddingston store I was served by Dionne, who genuinely was one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. She was so friendly, so knowledgeable and so conscious of the covid guidelines. I spoke to her about the different options I’d seen online and she took me through each of them, providing alternatives based on things I had said I liked. It is staff like Dionne that are keeping Dreams open, keeping customers coming back and ensuring the reputation of the store spreads.

Staff were excellent in their knowledge and very polite and helpful at all times. They were available but not pushy or intimidating and understood our needs.

We arrived roughly knowing what we were looking for. We had our eye on a Hypnos mattress. Dionne approached us and was friendly but not pushy. She offered us PPE to try the mattresses and offered us the chance to try the Sleep machine. The whole process was efficient and professional. Dionne was very friendly and she knew her products very well. She listened to our needs and recommended products based on this.

Lesley who served us was very helpful. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt at serving us. We were getting a mattress for my daughter and she took time to speak to my daughter which was lovely. Would definitely return after our experience we had.
