We booked an appointment and met with Alex who was extremely helpful and not a typical ‘pushy salesman’. After seeing 5 mattresses I chose the final one and was very happy to place order on phone 2 days later.

At your Uddingston store I was served by Dionne, who genuinely was one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. She was so friendly, so knowledgeable and so conscious of the covid guidelines. I spoke to her about the different options I’d seen online and she took me through each of them, providing alternatives based on things I had said I liked. It is staff like Dionne that are keeping Dreams open, keeping customers coming back and ensuring the reputation of the store spreads.
