Kate, the sales person who assisted me, spent a lot of time with me to ensure that I was satisfied. She was approachable, knowledgeable and very professional. I felt that she went above and beyond to ensure that I purchased the correct bed and mattress for my individual needs. She had a lovely manner and was not at all pushy.
