from entering store we were greeted by a pleasant sales assistant called Kathleen whom we found to be very helpful and showed us item we were looking for without any hesitation. we placed our order and was given a coffee which was much appreciated. Advised of delivery times. Could not fault visit and would certainly recommend to a friend.

The chap I spoke to in placing an £1100 order did not inform me that I could not get 2 drawers on the same side (without an extra £100 charge) until I had paid in full (whereas the girl I spoke to earlier in trhe day was informed of my needs and did not mention this extra charge, I found galling. When I suggested that we cancel the order I was handed the recept and told to phone customer services in the morning. Shocking service as I have sent thousands of pounds in the last year in Dreams but I will not be back in this store.

On behalf of my 84 year old mother bed was delivered today 19/10/16 rolled mattress???? Told second hand in the shop would need rolled out day before delivery. Paid for delivery still got same rolled up mattress. Needed using straight away as mum who is 84!!!! Wanted to go to bed as had been up for long time waiting on old bed been removed new bed been delivered to be told couldn't be used for hours ??? Shame on you Dreams!!! Train your shop staff properly to tell customers about your beds and usage!!! Delivery men are a credit to your company. When we entered the store none of the team was interested in us or was willing to approach us. I had to ask twice for assistance. When we finally did get someone to talk to us about the bed we were already intent on buying they were not able to give us any further information on the product. We got conflicting information from another sales assistant who was passing by and interjected in our conversation. Whilst placing the order the assistant was unaware on what offers or options were available on the produce we were buying. When he entered our details on the buy now pay later system he opened a new account instead of selecting our existing account from the system. This meant that we waited 15 minutes for the system to return a message to retry with the existing account. This took another 10 minutes for him to figure out how to do this (I had to actually had to help him at one point with the computer system). Overall this was a total nightmare of a transaction with poorly trained and uninterested staff who were inflexible and unfriendly and intent on quoting regulations and blaming the company for their inability. There were other problems which I did not have space to detail.

Calculated the deposit wrong, forgot to add bedding, did not know how to set up credit, forgot about delivery, had to seek assistance. Fair enough the guy was new. It's now delivery time you order states it will be delivered. But I was to collect. From where? Phoned Tannochside branch and cut off. So I am now expecting a delivery. When will it arrive? Furious. Terrible training of staff and customer service. I never complain! I have spent nearly £2000!
