The mattress purchased is fine but we feel we were oversold on additional items without the correct information. We purchased two Tempur pillows - I experienced severe neckpains and tingling in my fingers and arms after using mine, we have been informed we cannot return this. We were sold a mattress cover - when this is used the mattress is no longer cool (one of the selling points) and becomes very hot. Online feedback and reviews says this is common. We were given plenty of information on returning the mattress which made us feel this was a safe purchase - clearly on the other items it was not.

I was satisfied with the service I got at the store, disappointed that after purchasing the item was informed it was out of stock but agreed that it would be slightly delayed !!! I paid in full on the day of purchase 8/1/2018 however got a phone call later to advice me the mattress had been damaged and needed to be re-ordered Thursday 18th January 2018, since still waiting I called Customer Services to cancel Monday 22/1/18 since the store cannot do this ?? After several phone calls I had this cancelled and was told I wouldn't be refunded, finally was told my account would be credited, I will be monitoring my account. Found the after sales very poor and will not be recommending the company.

When we first went in one of the sales advisor was friendly and spoke to us and asked what we were looking for which was fine but as we went round the shop she spoke to us about every bed we stopped and looked at which I felt was a bit intimidating and slightly annoying. I was happy with the initial advice from the sales advisor but after that I would prefer to ask for help rather than have her constantly on our backs. There was also an issue when paying for the items we bought and the main reason was there was no paper in the machine so we almost got charged twice, it then took 4 members of staff to rectify the problem and also for myself to prove that I paid by showing my bank account.

they deliverd my double bed i built it for my daughter and you had left kingsize slats so my daughter had to sleep on the floor all night

I purchased a blue bed, selected delivery, paid and left the shop. 10 minutes later I was called to be advised that the bed I was sold was actually the pink version. If I wanted to Blue version I would have had to wait a further month for the product. You now have £560 of my money which has left me financially in a difficult position, and I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund for YOUR error.

I and my wife, after checking your website went to the Uddingston store to select a cheap bed for our son. On selecting a bed the sales person (Alex) convinced us to select another bed, as the one we had chosend wouldn't last longer than a month. On receiving the delivery today we ngot a mattress. No bed. We thought we had boaught a bed and mattress (Fenton Traditional Spring Divan Bed - Firm - Mocha) for £299. Spoke to store manager today. She didn't seamed to bother about it (must happen all the time) and told us to contact customer services.
