I went into shop and then placed order the next day over the phone. Was told £25 for assembling bed. Paid in full. Received receipt by email all paid and correct. Then another invoice sent say £30 for assembling and I owe £5. Emailed back complaining. No response. Also 4 weeks delivery far too long but could not get bed anywhere else

I was sold the insurance for bed purchased. And will be cancelling it. As it states that damage when being delivered and assembled is NOT COVERED? And nothing in the "policy" applies to the bed I bought!? A complete waste of money. And should have been advised of that in store!!

I bought bed, mattress, pillows totalling £1830 including insurance cover paid £1000 deposit and was offered bedding at 50% discount one stop shop he said as it was 8.20 pm and store was closed I said I would leave it . Was told by Chris I could still get deal when paying balance . I paid balance on 11/4/17. Picked duvet , duvet cover , sheet and pillow cover and was told by Ashley that her manager said she could not put it through at discount . I was contacted on 12/4/17 and told Chris would not be in till Friday 14/4/17 and he would get back to me . I purchased a third tempur pillow and paid for but now have to wait to see if yous follow through original offer . I have now spent over £1900 and have to wait to see if your company are true to their word on original offer .

I asked one of the staff members to confirm the cost of a bed which I was purchasing and his reply was (while pointing to the bed from about 8ft away) - the big red sign tells you what it costs! He then walked away!!!!!

Discovered when I got home that I was charged £35 for a pack off 4 pillows which was advertised for FREE when u buy a MATTRESS which I did .Would be grateful for refund then I would be a Satisfied customer THANKS

I have been a customer over the last couple of years and as a family bought bed and 4 mattress because I have recommended your services to my family I went in to buy another single mattress for my daughter which is still on sale in the show room at 120 to find it’s discontinued and was shown the latest version which is fine but cost me more money 140 therefore was disappointed for one why is the original one still for sale and secondly was no offer of compromise which is a real shame

We were not informed that the item came in 2 different colours. We ordered the grey item that was on display in the store. At no time were we informed that it came in oatmeal as an alternative. We wanted grey. The sales person ordered the wrong colour, and what was delivered was an oatmeal bed. Not what we ordered.

The price of the pillows silent night so cotton seems to be inflated in order to then make a half price reduction. Given the ordinary price of similar pillows, the original price of £70 seems far too much. Therefore the offer/reduction seems to me false. We were not informed at the store that there is a price protection policy by which if a product bought is reduced in the next 28 days, one gets that reduction too. I bought a mattress for 229, next day it was 179.

First - purchased mattress and bed frame for son - this order was satisfactory. Second - purchased Tempur mattress, Tempur pillows and bed frame - had to return to store at your request some time later as problem with finance agreement and had to re-sign paperwork. Third purchased duvet and bedding - assistant gave us a mattress protector when asked for fitted sheet. Had to return to store again to exchange. We have been totally honest and obliging customers and have returned to store on 2 separate occasions for reasons that have been no fault of ours (1) to re-sign paperwork due to an error by your staff, and (2) to exchange mattress protector for fitted sheet. We did not try to keep the more expensive item and returned to exchange the item at our own time and expense. My husband works away from home a lot and this was really inconvenient. We are totally not satisfied with our experience and doubt that we could now recommend Dreams to family or friends.
