Its not that i was dissatisfied, we just couldnt be given a date for delivery and was told we would get a call the following day to confirm which we didnt i had to call in myself. Also the order had to be put through incorrect in order for it to go through the system and we were told this would be amended however would like clarification on this as dont want the wrong order showing up.

The experience at Dreams was satisfactory during my visit however having only just purchased the product I can not say one way or the other is it has met my needs. My understanding (from the assistants advice)is that it can take 10 days to accustom to the change in product, therefore since I have only used the product for one night I will reserve judgement on it.

Very satisfied with attention from store assistants and also with delivery team who I Nformed me of expected time of delivery and arrived on time. The whole experience was hassle free.

I was not highly satisfied for a few reasons. First being it just wasn't amazing service, lady was nice enough but that was it, i wouldn't rave about the service. It annoyed me how she was trying to sell me pillows before i'd even decided on the mattress so much that i actually said to her to leave me to decide on the mattress first please but she kept offering more pillows?! If i didn't have a disinterested teenager with me i would have gone elsewhere and not made the sale right then. Also Please understand i was satisfied but she told me at the end of the transaction this survey would be coming to me and "its highly satisfied" with a slight laugh. Sorry i won't be 'told' what to write, i'm 42 years old & i will make up my mind about it. She said "if you win, i win" again i'm astonished that i'm being told what & why to write 'highly satisfied' so she can win?! I said nothing and left and she said "bye pal" this is just so unprofessional. I'm not that impressed, however it was quick & relatively painless and bed itself is proving to be lovely & comfortable.

I felt that as we were purchasing both the frame and mattress at the same time that some sort of incentive could have been offered, ie free delivery or discount for buy both. I could have easily just walked away with the frame and ordered a mattress online cheaper. Whilst i am satisfied with the products I feel i paid maybe a bit over the odds.

New bed is an expensive purchase, not frequently made. Without research (I had made none) price seems high. As a re-singled male, I received excellent assistance with selection.

Too much 'hard selling' - did I want bed insurance, do I need pillows, would I like bedding. I felt really sorry for the assistant - she was clearly trying her best but please do not target your staff to sell all sorts. I am smart enough to know what I want to buy and what I need without it being put in my face. It killed the experience for me!
