Megan who assisted me in store was awesome. There were significant delays however when trying to pay. Was sale time I suppose.

After completing the purchase of a new mattress I was informed that there would be a charge of £49.00 for delivery. Being an OAP this charge really shocked me as I actually live quite locally. If I hadn't completed the purchase before I knew this I would have cancelled the goods. It's shocking to be charged for delivery when the item price was above and beyond cheap even at half price. I will make reference to delivery prices in future.

I was buying a bed and was sufficiently satisfied , not really a highly satisfying function in my book. All was pleasant , clean and tidy. Thankyou

The only reason I am not highly satisfied is due to the price. Had things been a bit more reasonable then this score would have been higher

Only went in to look at Headboards, ending up buying bedside chest as well. Only had 1 left, bought it anyway, hoping to get another in a different store but no luck.Have tried every DREAMS stores in Scotland but no luck. Finally found on Amazon, which was £24 cheaper.

I called from Canada, the transaction was completed, then I was unable to pay with my visa card. I then had to call my family and they made the call to pay, over the phone from Scotland. thank you. I've no idea how many customers you get from abroad, but maybe you should advise the staff on how to handle overseas calls in regard to phone payments; that could be mentioned at the start of the conversation, not the end.

I very rarely give a top mark for anything. I'm not sure what else could have been done to obtain a 'Highly Satisfied'. Elaine's knowledge was excellent and she was very friendly. At this point in time, without having yet used the products, I feel we are very happy with our purchases.
