Happy with the service and all the staff were very friendly. a few criticisms would be that I felt the insurance policy that was on offer was far to heavily pushed, it really did feel as if there is additional commission for selling this policy, that was not pleasant. We bought a mattress / headboard / bed and felt that there was not much of a deal on offer as I think we paid full price for everything which again made us walk out feeling a little dissatisfied. The shop its self was very nice.

I would have been highly satisfied if I wasn't being asked to purchase other products which I didn't come into the shop for

We bought a tempur mattress and struggled to choose between the cloud 22 or cloud 27 mattress. It would have been helpful if all the tempur mattresses were next to each other but the 22 was across the store and it made it difficult to decide which was more comfortable as couldn't immediately go from one to the other.

We were continusly trying to be up sold with pillows & mattress protector it can get frustrating when you dont want this but the sales peason keeps trying.

I have not yet received the items so I cannot comment on being highly satisfied with the quality of the product. Was a bit disapointed in the delivery charge. This I believe is overpriced.

I have shopped at dreams on a number of occasions to purchase beds, and am happy with the service I received

It was not a thrilling highly satisfied experience. It was a business transaction conducted in a pleasant satisfying manner

My only gripe is the delivery charge for the mattress which added a third again to the total cost. I discovered later if I had ordered online I would have received free delivery. From now on I shall use the store to view and try out items then purchase via your website.
