I'm not highly satisfied because the prices of beds say a little more than I would have liked and my mattress isn't going to be delivered for over a week after purchase.

i was going down my Facebook news feed and dream beds came up on it advertising the ottoman bed that I had been wanting , it said it was £249, which I was happy with ,came to the decision with my husband that that's the bed that we will go for , perfect style and type of bed we where looking for , for my little boys first big boy bed to only be disappointed when I went in store which is a 50 minute drive to be told that it isn't £249 it's £349 as that was a deal they where doing a few months back . Falsh advertising to get people in the door I would say so I will be letting people know to watch out for this in the near future.

We paid quite a lot of money for the products we purchased and we were satisfied, can't think of any reason that would justify choosing 'highly satisfied'!

I found it was not possible to see the product l was about to spend 2000 pounds on was not in the store when spending this amount of money I think I should be able to see what l was spending my money on you had king size version I was buying the 3ft version

The staff were brilliant, the timing for delivery was more than reasonable but the pricing wasn't clear, it seemed to jump up very quickly. Price shown is for bed and bed only although it has a mattress etc. on it - the mattress is extra - not clear. Pillows extra, and after all the extras I still have to put it together myself.

Sales person friendly and listened to what we said.
