We did not feel pressured or hounded by staff at any time, unlike our visit to another retailer. Our friend recommended you to us as she liked the service she received also. The lady who served us, Kate, could not do enough to help

The assistant was extremely helpful, her name is Ashley, she was very knowledgeable about the products in store, and also very polite, on our first visit she answered questions we asked and introduced herself and told us just to ask for her if we needed any more assistance, we left the store to have a think about what we really needed and when I went back a few weeks later she remembered me and the product we had enquired about and made my purchase very easy

When I went into the shop at Birkenshaw Uddingston both members of staff Ashley & Julie were very friendly and offered me lots of advice on the product I was looking for. They gave me a lot of help and allowed me to try the product I was looking for to ensure it was the right choice for me. In addition to this myself and my partner were given a cup of coffee whilst we sat and concluded the purchase. I will definitely return to this store and strongly recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the good work girls.

Excellent customer service

Elaine ( our advisor ) was clearly very knowledgable about what she was selling. Spent time explaining different products and their benefits. Offered excellent advice when buying beds for ourselves and our children. Explained dreams policies/ services and products clearly, she was super efficient and e celebrity at her job but more so a lovely person. We hit w a rly what we needed and wanted with a professional service. Will definitely recommend this branch to friends and family.

There were plenty of members of staff available on the shop floor who were pro-active in asking if we needed assistance, all of whom were polite and friendly and offered us a drink. The Dreams team member who dealt with us- Chris, took his time to listen to exactly what it was we needed. He had an excellent level of understanding about the products on offer and spent a great deal of time with us to ensure we got the product we needed answering all the questions we had. In the end we were very satisfied that we had found the right product for us thanks to Chris' assistance. We were also pleased to discover that there was a great deal on in the store involving bedroom furniture so we included several prices in our purchase. Furthermore we were happy to receive two mattress protects in the sale and felt like we had received a good deal in comparison to the other offers on the market. In all we were very satisfied with the service we received and the price of the items we purchased.
