We dealt with Lesley who was very informative, knowledgeable and patient. She shared some of her own experience in selecting the mattress. In a good way it never felt she was trying to sell the item, was very keen That we make the right choice for us, as this would be a positive experience For us to come back for other products. Service was very good, the fact that you could try out the beds and eliminate the ones not suitable and narrow down choice to the very bed that fits perfectly was great. Customer service was focused, helpful and available without any issues i.e. PPE. We were supported and assisted to make the choice of bed and frame to fit our needs.

I was highly satisfied this is my 2nd visit in a couple of months, I bought a bed in April for my son and this time it was for myself. Again, received excellent customer services by sale person Dionne. She was very helpful and listen to what exactly I was looking for in a mattress and let us try the sleep motion, which is an amazing piece of machinery.

From when I walked through the door till I exited the doors I felt welcomed and the staff member that I was talking to was polite and friendly and answered all my questions with ease all in enjoyed my visit.

This is our second purchase within the last 6 months and wouldn’t consider anywhere else. Service and quality of products are second to none
