We were served by Kathleen who's knowledge of the store and products was absolutely amazing. You could tell she enjoyed her job and this made our experience so positive. She made sure she worked within our budget and I didn't feel the "sales pressure" so often felt within stores. The other staff were seen giving young children books, talking to them and keeping them amused. It was a really comfortable environment to be in and we are really satisfied with our purchases.

Was highly satisfied with the product and service I received at dreams. Was in with my elderly mum purchasing a new mattress for her. Lesley the sales assistant was very patient and attentive with my elderly mum.

Entering the store one of the friendly staff, Alex, welcomed us with a simple "Hello". As we were unsure of what type of mattress we were looking for and Alex kindly took us to the Magic Machine. Alex gave us a pillow wrapped in paper (for hygiene purposes). After the machine did its business we were taken to 4 different types of mattresses and was given plenty of time to try each mattress and was also shown another mattress that had 2 different types of mattress as me and my wife sleep very differently. After having a good few minutes we picked our mattress and Alex processed the sale with a friendly natter. Alex also kindly offered us drinks and spoke to us as people rather than a salesperson which made it more comfortable and less pressured.

The lady that dealt with me was Awsome, really listened and tailored what I need to my needs. She was very friendly and her knowledge was great

I had an idea of what kind of bed I was looking for (pocket sprung) nut didn't realise there was so many options to choose from. I was in the store a few seconds when an assistant Alex approached me. He showed me and explained how the computer bed worked. This then broke down 4 beds which would suit my needs. Explained the differences of the 4 beds and this helped me choose the one I purchased.

Ashley at Glasgow Uddingston provided me a great service and took her time with me, even though I got in close to closing time

The Assistant who looked after us was Amazing. So helpful and keen to look after us. Made us feel at ease and explained everything. She went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

From the moment I entered the store Kathlene the assist was first class. Her knowledge, experience and friendly attitude was first class. It was lovely to enter a store and not feel pressured into purchasing something i didnt want. Her relaxed demure, family orintated values in terms of what a mother would want for one of her sons shawn through. I wish every store i entered was like this. I would definitely return to the store in the basis of this women. I have never met her before but a credit to the company. I believe that all staff could learn from this person.
