The person in the store checked in on us but wasn’t too pushy and let us have a look about but also let us know he was there if we needed help. The colleague was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on what we were looking for, he was so friendly, approachable and helpful.

The assistant greeted warmly at the entrance , enquired what we needed and proceeded to help us find what I was looking for .

From entering the store, met immediately by shop assistant Dionne.We were asked our specific requirements as size of bed,and type of mattress and headboard. We were then shown various examples of each,by Dionne,we were able to find a product to fit our requirements. The prosses of finalising the the finance and delivery date was explained thoroughly again by Dionne.

Sheryl, the assistant was very helpful and full of enthusiasm for the products. She was able to understand our needs.

When we arrived at the store we were greeted and chatted to Lesley briefly. It didn’t feel pushy or like a hard sales pitch, she let us wander about and then came to the rescue when we didn’t know what we were doing. She talked us through everything thoroughly and the service and information provided to help us find what was right for us was amazing. We had been to other well known bed shops and the service was nowhere near what we received at dreams. We weren’t pushed into making any decisions and overall it was a lovely experience. Every member of staff we came into contact was lovely!
