Alex introduced himself right away and gave me the layout of the stoe

Alex was outstanding. He listened to exactly what I needed and tailored every piece of advice delivered to me personally. For example, we had been chatting briefly about our dogs and he helped me to understand the guarantee around potential damage etc. I had visited with my mum who also made a separate purchase. The delivery address was the same and instead of asking me to repeat all of the information, Alex used his initiative and copied it from the previous invoice - absolutely NOT my experience in other stores. A very personable member of staff who is a HUGE asset to the team.

I went to dreams as I needed a new bed in a bit of a hurry due to relatives visiting. I was served by Megan who was professional and polite. I got exactly what I wanted within the required timescales. I will definitely return to dreams. An all round excellent service by Megan and dreams.

Chris the sales rep was very professional and showed me various options when I didn't like the item I thought i wished to purchase. He advised me on the different products and did not put pressure on me to buy a particular bed. He was courteous, helpful and friendly.

The sales advisor was extremely professional. He did not push for the sale but took time to answer all of the questions I had with regards to the differences in the performance of a mattress. He had a lovely way with him which made me feel as though I had know him for years. Excellent service. He is definitely an asset to your company
