From the moment we entered and were welcomed to getting measured for our mattress on the sleep match and how we were treated throughout the visit

Sadly my wife passed away a couple of years ago and I have bought any bedding in my life and would like to say that all the staff I spoke were extremely helpful and made it a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

I was really pleased either the customer service I received. Colleagues were welcoming, informative and helpful. Completely understood my needs and felt comfortable talking with your colleagues. Covid guidelines also being met. Very happy customer.

Was highly satisfied with the care and time the assistant took to show us the beds and mattresses that were most suited to my needs as i suffer from really sore backs and loved the fact there was a bed there that i could try out to see what kind of mattress i need the assistant answered all of our questions and made us feel so at ease was very happy with the way she deal with us as i kept going back and forth all the time to different mattresses but she had so much patience with me that made so much of a difference. So thank you for all your help.
