Great communication from one of the staff who served us - her name is Dionne. She was very polite, had lovely manners and a big smile, and didn't hesitate to answer all the questions we had. We also were happy and with the knowledge she had about the products.

Great service and recommendations from David , who I believe was new to Dreams I can say he was great from start to finish and knowledge on products was spot on. All though some staff were making it clear he was new .... from customer point of view he didnโt need help or to be made out he was new in front of us he was amaizng ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ

Our Dreams Colleague Katrina was very helpful and helped us find the bed we wanted and that we were looking for. The only disappointment I have is the waiting time for my new bed I would have liked it for moving into my new house.
