A member of staff helped us straight away and was extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable. She made our time a pleasure to be in your store. Another member of staff also helped entertain our children so we could shop more easily. Customer service at it's best. Well done Gravesend brunch ;0)

Friendly and helpful staff and the ordering process was simple. The products were more pricey than elsewhere but overall I was satisfied with my visit to the store.

We were interested in he new ' Harrison' mattresses but on our first visit to the store they only had one in stock ( cheapest in the range) .we were served by a very helpful young man called Bradley, who showed us all the different filings. We asked to be contacted as soon as the rest if the range was in for us to try and we received a call from Bradley as promised when they were in. It took us over a week to get back to the store due to commitments but as soon as we walked in Bradley recognised us and gave us excellent service. As he was under age he couldn't complete the finance agreement for us but another helpful lady also gave us excellent service.

went into the Gravesend store and the assistant Bradley was very healthy. not pushy and happy to listen and help. he seemed experienced for his age so obviously was good at his job.we both have poor health and nedded just the right bed but with just a tight budget and we are so happy they were able to help us. I especially like the days back quarantee, this is such a good idea as we don't know really until we have slept on a bed a few times how it will do the job of giving us a good nights sleep. (I cannot remember the last time I had a good night. thank you dreams. I await the delivery with anticipation.

I was very impressed with the way I was served, the help and polite way I was helped was outstanding, I shall definitely use this store again ,we are thinking of buying a new bed so we shall definitely use this store, in appreciation, Mr&mrs D Hammond
