Dreams - Gravesend

I knew the size of the bed I wanted for my daughter but was not entirely sure about all the different types. Storage, mattress types etc. The assistant was very helpful and went through them all with us. We tried out different beds and looked at the storage options which was also a priority. They were all explained very professionally.

Very attentive and professional service. Left to look around in peace, browsed as we pleased. After 15 minutes or so the young man helped narrow our selections down and told us we could actually match our headboard to our chosen base. Cannot wait for the mattress to be delivered! Thank you michael

The first assistance,Michael alowed me to brouse arround before offering assistance ,with I found very comfortable with and was helpful all the time until I had placed the order, and made sure I under stood all Ineeded to know. John who I new from a previous order remembered me and also had some useful input.

I specifically wanted a single size, occasional-use bed with storage facility, mattress included in medium price range. Instead of having to wander the large store calculating prices myself for all the showroom beds, an Assistant took me directly to a selection of products that totally fulfilled my critera.

We had a very poor experience with you back in 2011, but your staff have always tried to help put things right though not always with great success. Hoever we were greeted by John the Manager who went out of his way to recognise our custom and all staff treated us like Royalty. Thank you guys, you are a credit to Dreams!

Michael and the store manager made our experience worth shopping around. originally planned to buy from Bensons but having been informed properly about your products, Michael made the products clear and john made the decision easy.

I went into Gravesend store just to have a browse for a new mattress and the assistant Guy approached me was very friendly and knowledgeable and before I knew it had bought a new mattress and a good price and recycling my old one
