Once in the store we were greeted by Michael, a friendly fella who was very easy to talk to from the start and who listened to what we were looking for and advised us on the benefits of the varied products dreams had to offer. Me and my fiancee both fell in love with the ottoman bed with the tempur mattress and pillows which Michael explained the benefits of in great detail. Once we had made the decision on the bed we wanted, Michael came back to us with a great price and payment options, and with that we made the decision to purchase the bed there and then. While going through the paperwork we were made very comfortable and relaxed, offered drinks, and everything was thoroughly explained as we went through the legality side. All in all our visit to dreams gravesend was a very professional relaxed experience and would highly recommend family and friends to go there, we definitely will be in the future.

I bought my bed frames and mattresses from the Gravesend branch. The staff were friendly, approachable and knowledge, this meant I was able explain in detail my needs and budget. I left the store feeling absolutely satisfied with my purchase. John (store manager) and his team which included Michael and another female staff whom I can't remember her name were absolutely exceptional!!!

The assistant came over to us and asked if we needed any help then left us to examine all the beds in our own time without trying to push us to a certain product. When we had any questions she was very attentive and answered them all confidently

The service I received from John the Store Manager was professional and his knowledge of the products very good. He was a pleasure to do business with and a credit to the company. I will definitely shop there again.

I was actually just browsing, I had no intention to purchase the bed... as I’m still waiting for my new house to be finished. One hour later, after having the best of attention, I’ve decided to buy a bed that was initially completely out of my initial budget ( based on the explanations Frances has provided). I was highly impressed with Frances ( Gravesend store), she’s a star and I would definitely would love to have her on my team! I’ll definitely recommend your store to my friends.

Guy the man who served us today I store at Gravesend was very helpful and most attentertive to our needs , he helped us to find the right product we were looking for today and we were very happy and I will be Reccomending him to my son who will need a bed and mattress soon also .
