Didn't charge taxes

The worker said that the store was closed. And then someone came in. I think they had some kind of suspicious activity going on.

I asked the attendant if the air worked. He answered yes. I got change for a dollar. I put the 4 quarters in the air machine and it did not work. I went to a gas station across the street. Their air worked fine.
