I went in with the $10 off coupon for an oil change, and decided to get the summer $9.99 tuneup package. During the tuneup they found out that the brakes needed to be replaced as well as two of the filters. It was going to be at least two hour wait, and rather than me paying for a cab to the nearest Walmart the awesome associate Alex gave me a lift in a Firestone vehicle. Not only that, but brought me back to Firestone when the car is finished. They worked excellent discounts with me and are more accommodating than I ever could've hoped. The customer service went above and beyond, and I will most definitely be returning if nothing else, than to see Alex.

Close to home, but my oil change shouldn't have taken 2 hours. Understaffed for only 3 vehicles being worked on.
