Go see Wayne. He is very helpful. But Shop Charges are unethical and the reason many friends go elsewhere

$225 for a battery is outrageous. I don't have a big car. I have a small compact car. I found a battery with the same warranty for almost $100 less.

It was ok

The new guy clearly didn't care about helping me. He had a 5 minute personal conversation with someone while I waited. I go because usually Wayne is there. He was not there today and the service was not upto his excellent standards.

I took my business elsewhere after the "manager" insulted the appearance of my car: "What's going on with this?" Due to my cars bumper being supported by straps after been in the car accident recently. He then walked around my car and just from walking around the outside of my car attempted to sell me brakes, drums, and rotors and new tires!! a complete crock never going back.

Went in for oil change. Wanted oil change, but the price was a few pennies short of $42.00. Asked the guy (white, 30ish, clear safety glasses) if there isn't a multiple use coupon available. He said there are no coupons. So I left because I think that's too much. When I got home I found that there is a year long multiple use coupon for a $20!

What a nightmare! From the moment I walked in I had to deal with an extremely rude and disrespectful employee. He mocked my car, said I needed brake pads, drums, and rotors from just looking at my vehicle. Dishonest. Rude. Never Again.
