Just stopped for the restroom which was clean.

Stopped to use the restroom,which was pretty nasty.

didn't like the look of the outside changed my mind and went somewhere else

I frequently visit this location to make a bathroom break during the 4hr car ride to visit family. Never saw a staff member to tell them the bathroom was in much need of cleaning. There was blood all over the toilet & hair in the sinks. It made my stomach turn, so we just left.

I was not pleased with the quality of the gas. It made the car not start.

I hope that this survey reflects the right store as I visited two locations recently. This location was in the middle of a remodel. I never saw a single employee; no greeting or offer to help. My daughter needed to use the restroom. There we're several people in line. They only had one working restroom. My daughter, who is 3 eventually peed her pants because we had to wait in line so long. I left, not purchasing anything & incredibly frustrated.
