Numerous games were broken but you couldn't tell until you lost your token. Even when you told the employees, they knew but didn't care to put a sign up. We lost lots of tokens this way. Also the music they play talked about the mouse coming and giving free tickets but he never showed up. It's disappointing to a kid to hear that

I do understand this is as place for children and for staff it can be overwhelming but they need to hire more staff so the staff on the floor will not be overwhelmed when asked a question. The food is not good at all

Need a big big cleaning. Bathrooms were horrible.

Machines kept breaking lost tokens asked for help fixed andbleftvon two never offered to replace. Others never got attendant. Ticket machines 2 broken. Long ticket lines where was management? Other cities in working order.
