Visited for a birthday party our first experience with the new cards. Was interesting. And our first birthday party experience. I understand why the kids all get served pizza first for the parties but it's kind of an inconvenience to parents to sit while their kids eat and then you eat and they have to wait on you to finish to play games. Which is why I probably won't have my boys parties there until they're old enough to play games themselves.

very friendly staff but the pizza is sub par and the restrooms dirty.

Generally I purchase a pizza for my child but at this location I decided not to because so many people left less than half eaten pizzas for trash. While the staff was pleasant and were willing to fix the games so many of them broke or were malfunctioning that it seemed silly to continue to report them. Unlikely I will return to this location.

Very packed, employees looked overwhelmed.

Too many people for the size of the facility. Many games out of order.
