I can't believe how much the prices have gone up since the last time we went. And the coupons weren't as good as they usually are.

It's too expensive

this location was a lot smaller than some of the other ones, but it was clean! great staff

Our family loves chuck e cheese. My son plays games while we wait for the food and mom and I love the salad bar.

Loud as expected

The restaurant was short staffed that day, and it looked like there were only three people working upfront. With kids being out of school, I thought that was a very poor decision for management. At checkout people were walking outside without having their numbers checked, and the staff would have to run outside after them, because no one was at the entrance or the exit. That was highly disappointing. There should always be a person at check-in and checkout. That is what Chuck E. Cheese's is known for, the safety of the children. We waited 10 minutes to be checked in. And then another 15 minutes to have our order taken. And there was only two other families in front of us, who had to wait as well. The cleanliness of the facility however was in excellent condition!

Need more people working and there was no play area for the kids just games! Had to wait to long and the manager was highly unorganized

Don't have a party here!! Place is too small not enough room for anything! Party tables are stacked on top of each other! When we arrived for our party, out party table was filled with other guests from another party! The chuck e cheese worker didn't even realize it was our table.. We asked for new table settings which was provided.. The party next to us refused to respect our party. We brought it to the staffs attention and they moved our table over a bit.. That didn't work either.. The party next to us took things from our table constantly let their party goers interrupt our table by sitting with us.. We were unable to have the birthday things with chick e cheese like the ticket blaster and other things that were promised in the package! The party table next to us had too many party goers for their table.. We complained over and over to the staff with no avail. Chuck e cheese allowed the party next to us to have three childrens party at the same one table and they were not triplets. Towards the end of the party I had things on the table an adult party goer from the opposite table went into the the ticket blaster came out with the tickets in her shirt.. She passed her party table came over to our table and shook out her clothes on the table over all of our things!! I asked her what was she doing over our things and it turned in to a scary shouting match between me and several other party goers from that table!! I was threatened and everything!! The manager said they would not give any discounts to us!! Neve ever ever will I go there again!!
