I ordered a chucky cheese chocolate cake and never received it but we still had a fun time

We waited a really long time for our pizza. We got there at 11:30 and I had to leave by 12:45 for an appointment. By the time our pizza came we had to hurry up and eat it, cash in the kids tickets and try to get their prizes. There was no one working the prize counter either and after waiting a bit I had to go ask them to please send someone over because we were in a hurry.

Had to wait a while to order food (10-15 min) only one employee working the front but there was a lot of employees doing nothing that claimed they couldn't help.

It was crowded not so clean the employees looked like they hate their job except by the girl at the door but I guess kids drive them crazy

Restrooms were filthy. We waited a long time for our pizza, but it was good once we got it. We waited forever in the ticket refund counter to get our prizes, then we were told that the clerk had to go work a party and we had to wait in the next line.
