They were temporarily closed when I went to get a hot cocoa

Computers crashed while pumping gas. Had no way of knowing why my transaction was stopped 1/3 way through . Myself along with other gas pumped had to walk across the parking lot in the extreme cold to enter the store to inquire about the stoppage . All an employee had to do was get on the exterior gas pump intercom system and make an announcement about the issue and what to do next. Very annoying!
