We normally have a nice time at this location. The person who rang us up seemed a little clueless about their coupons and deals. Usually, when Mohammed (a manager) is there, we have a wonderful time with no issues.

I was there for my grandsons third birthday party. It was a good time.

The employees seemed to want to socialize more than care for the kids. Chuck E Cheese was a huge disappointment. He acted very bored with no energy.

Dirty games and rides a few were not working right a little bit of a let down .

The cashier was having a hard time ringing me up, after coming over 3 times to help, the manager still didn't stick around to apologize or to see if the transaction finished without anymore problems.
